We hope you like your HeartsByDesign purchase, but if you change your mind, you may return it within 7 days. If you live in Abuja, we should get the returns within 3 days.
CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
- Item is returned within 3 to 7 days of purchase.
- The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
- The returned item is unused with its original packaging.
- The returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Monogrammed item.
OUTLET.
All outlet items are final sale and not eligible for a refund (unless deemed faulty).
BY POST.
You can return the item(s) immediately to our address stated below with a completed Return Form, and we will notify you as soon as it gets back to our warehouse.

Please keep in mind that the cost of return postage is your responsibility, and you will not be reimbursed for it. Unfortunately, we cannot assume responsibility for returned products that are lost or damaged by your courier. Keep a copy of your tracking number on file in case you need to follow up.

An item with a flaw?
If an item is defective, incorrectly represented, or differs from the sample displayed, we will satisfy our legal duties, which may include refunding the purchase price and shipping expenses or providing a replacement product, as long as the item is returned within a reasonable period.
